Named after our Triplets, Libby, Will & John, we opened our Diner on March 12, 2012. We hope to be a Not-too-Fancy neighborhood restaurant that offers a variety of simple food. We serve Breakfast all day, plus Salads, Sandwiches, Meatloaf, Pasta, Chicken and More. Come in and try it! Bring the kids and we're sure that you'll find something you love!

That is where Trip's comes from, and it is why the mark on the window reads LWJ rather than a surname. Libby, Will and John. Three at once, and a diner named for all of them.

What not-too-fancy looks like in practice is a griddle on at seven in the morning, grits that take the time they take, and a menu long enough that nobody at the table has to compromise.

Two kitchens now, one in St. Petersburg on Dr. Martin Luther King Jr Street and one on North Florida Avenue in Tampa. Same menu, same hours, same family behind both.
