HOA Clubhouse
Fully enclosed and air conditioned with WiFi. Thirteen round tables seating 8 each and fifteen rectangular tables seating 14, up to 215 people at the same time. Four wall-mounted TVs, overhead projector, and an amplified PA system.
Outside: a patio with 12 large picnic tables, two tiki huts with BBQ grills, a fire pit, and a lighted parking lot for 150 cars.
Butterford Waterway Boat Ramp
Just outside South Gulf Cove, serving residents in the northeast section, boat ramp, trailer parking, and fishing.
Learning Garden Park
Many species of plants and trees, expertly maintained by our certified Master Gardener and hard-working volunteers. Come stroll and learn what grows in our climate.
St. Paul Linear Park
A one-mile walking path along the Interceptor Lagoon, egrets, herons, and eagles, with benches to rest and enjoy the view.
San Domingo Park
Fitness trail, multi-purpose open space, nature trail, picnic tables, and fishing.
South Gulf Cove Park / Boat Ramp
Our best park for small children and basketball, playground, BBQ grills, kayak launch, fishing, picnic shelters, restrooms, and a 980 sq ft picnic pavilion seating 48. Plenty of room for boat trailer parking.
